Small Animal Medical Center was opened to provide the Mountain Home community with quality veterinary services they could trust for their beloved pets. Through the years the clinic has grown, adding new staff members and services, in order to continue to provide the best care possible to our growing client base.

At Small Animal Medical Center, we believe in a team approach to patient care through the use of medicine delivered with care and compassion. We value the health of our patients and treat them like they are our own pets!

Meet Our Doctor

Dr. Roseann Sabol

Dr. Roseann Sabol offers thirty-two years of experience in the veterinary field, serving pets in several different capacities. Dr. Sabol graduated with her A.A.S. degree in Veterinary Technology from SUNY at Canton, NY in 1981.

She was employed in several small animal practices in New York, Idaho, and Utah while her husband served in the United States Air Force. She was a staff teaching technician for veterinary students at Purdue University's Veterinary Teaching Hospital from 1991-1997. There she was a primary weekend shift leader, supervising student nursing skills, and managing patient care of critical pets in the Small Animal ICU.

Dr. Sabol was earned her DVM (Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine) from Purdue University in 1997. She returned to Idaho and was employed at Orchard Animal Clinic in Boise from 1997-2006.

On June 5, 2006, Dr Sabol and her husband Greg welcomed the community to the Small Animal Medical Center of Mountain Home.
